The Indonesia Franchise Week 2025, held from 31 October to 2 November 2025, has officially come to a successful close! The event attracted a tremendous number of visitors, entrepreneurs, and brand owners eager to explore franchise opportunities and gain deeper insights into intellectual property protection in Indonesia.
Our joint booth—a collaboration between Pulungan, Wiston & Partners (PWP) and the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP)—became one of the main highlights of the exhibition. Visitors were welcomed to enjoy free consultations, exciting giveaways, and engaging discussions about franchise systems, brand protection, and intellectual property strategies. Many guests also enjoyed sampling Indonesia’s finest coffee while discovering some of the nation’s most promising local brands showcased at our booth.

The 14th China International Patent Fair (CIPF) 2025, held from October 13 to 15, 2025 in Dalian, China, has successfully concluded — marking another milestone in international cooperation and innovation exchange.
Representing Indonesia, Pulungan Winston & Partners (PWP) in collaboration with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP), Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, proudly participated in this prestigious event.
Throughout the three-day fair, the PWP–DGIP joint booth attracted a large number of visitors — from Chinese innovators and entrepreneurs to international business representatives — who showed great interest in learning about Intellectual Property (IP) protection systems in Indonesia. Many engaging discussions took place on topics such as patent registration, trademark protection, and opportunities for collaboration between Indonesia and China in the field of IP and innovation.
Visitors were also treated to an authentic taste of Indonesia through our signature coffee and local brands showcased at the booth — offering a glimpse of Indonesia’s creative industries and vibrant culture. ☕🇮🇩
Beyond the exhibition, the Indonesian delegation also had the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Dalian, enjoying its cultural attractions and culinary delights, further strengthening people-to-people connections between our nations.
